Recently I found an amazing way to convert YouTube videos into Gifs (Animated Image). The procedure that I am using is totally free and it is so easy that a non skilled person can do it.

In order make gif simply play the video on YouTube and find the URL, then change it as show below.
Now that is the trick!! As you change URL it goes to the GIF CREATING window as shown below.

Tips: Boost Your Tsu Earnings
In order to be saved from tsu account ban, suspend or penalty you need to keep following things in your mind. If your account is already banned I think it would be difficult or even impossible to get it back. Even if you get your account back then no money will be there.
Why did my account suspended?
Yesterday one of my friend told me that his account is suspended from tsu when I asked him reason he forwarded me the notice send my tsu community manager the notice is as below however is account is suspended.
The above note clearly clarify that tsu did not banned his account at once but they sent him notification about 04 times before and this was the fifth one when they suspended his account. It also does not indicate that the tsu is scam.
After having a look at above notice received from tsu I think it clarifies everything, Nevertheless it is explained below.
Copied posts
tsu.co shares its revenue to #OriginalContent only, If you are copying something from google it will be the reason of your account suspension. Whereas if you are posting something and the creator of it allows you to post then no issue should take place. However the best way is to post your own contents.
If you are commenting with spamy words like using vulgar language or comment same comment over and over this one might be the cause. Never post words such as Like4like, Comment4Comment, Shareforshare, sharing is caring.
Never use tsu specially for Earning
"tsu is not a place to get rich quickly" is said by community manager. I think I don't need to explain any more but if you try to use it only for make money with, you will start to spam it which may be cause of your account ban.
Using wrong #Hashtags
No doubt hashtags make posts more visible but using this in wrong way such as #Share4Share, #CommentforComment and #FollowMe will make your account fall in tsu penalty. Besides if you use irrelevant hashtags that will surely ban you.

How to Be Saved From tsu Account Suspension?
Today one of my tsu friend sent me a message about his account ban, And sent me a notice which was previously sent by tsu team to him.
Internet is a public domain but copying someones stuff and then claiming that it was yours is not a fair thing and if your are a blogger then you must avoid such things.
Copyright is basically a right to the one who creates something, And the creator would have the right to allow someone to use his stuff or not. Read more about copyright.
Posting Copyright Free Stuff on tsu.
There are few places from where you can take copyright free and commercial use stuff for posting on tsu. First I will show you how to post gifs and secondly where to get royalty free images.
Posting Gifs (Animated or moving images) on tsu.
In order to get free gifs go to GifBin site. There you will find two options. which are Browse and Tag. You can use either of them in my case I am using TAGs.
After going with TAGS, you will see a number of tags/categories of gifs. Select any tag which you like. In my case I am going with Pranks.
The gits for selected tag will be shown. Now go and click on any of them which you like to post.
In my case I have selected one which the above yellow arrow is indicating. After selecting the gif it will be opened as shown below.
If you want to see the gif then click on the Gif as shown in above blue circle.
If you want to post gif on tsu or any else place then copy the URL as shown in above red rectangle and paste it where you want gif to be shown or posted. In my case I am posting on Tsu see below image.
The red circled is the url which I copied from GifBin. When gif is shown you may delete the URL however the gif will not be deleted. Click on Post button and enjoy.
Posting Copyright Free images on Tsu.
Copyright free images are those which are allowed to post on your blog, as I mention above that the creator has authority to allow you either to use his stuff or not.
There are various places from where you can download the picture and then upload them wherever you wish, few of them are given below.
Tsu launched on October 21st 2014 since it was green that was the time when about 05 million people started to use this site the main reason of using this site was that "You Can Earn with Entertainment". Topics may be considered as Communities or Categories same as the channels are Sub-categories. Further channels are user owned and topics are tsu owned.
How to post in Categories and Feed.
Feed is your own timeline and the categories are for the entire tsu community. You can post either on one places or at both places. After clicking on Create Post (Purple button at right corner) the post will appear in your own feed only and also on social network which you have integrated.
In order to post in community or topics, you will have to go to topic first and then click on Posting Area the following window will appear.
There is a tick mark option "Show post on social fee" this is either to post on your own feed and in community or only in community.

Someone has messaged me that How to display YouTube thumbnail in Facebook bringing it from Blog Post and While posting YouTube Video in Facebook it shows incorrect thumbnail. So here I am going to show you both of the ways one by one.
If you have posted YouTube Video in Blogger Blog Post and Want to Show Thumbnail in Facebook then follow these steps
First of all you need to know that you will have to add an extra code into your blogger post.
The real iframe code from YouTube will be added with an extra image code as describe below.
For the first way you will have to copy embed code and paste it into your blogger blog post's HTML view.
The embed code which you will take from YouTube will be similar to below one but Video ID which is in yellow highlighted will be changed (Size may however be changed).
The above video code will not show a thumbnail until you don't add an image code with it. The image's code is shown below and should be added after </iframe>.

Customization
Replace "You Can Give Image Description Here" with any description of thumbnail if want to give it or else leave it as it is.

After combination of both above codes. The final code will be something like below.
When you will put these both codes in HTML view of your post. Your post will show YouTube's thumbnail in Facebook and Blog Post's thumbnail.
Posting YouTube Video in Facebook Directly From YouTube and It is Showing Incorrect thumbnail
In the initial period of Facebook rising this issue was viral therefore Facebook's developers made a tool called Facebook Debug Tool.
First of all open debug tool
Then paste YouTube video URL and press button saying Debug.
After Debugging it will show you two buttons saying "Show Existing Scrape Information" and" Fetch New Scrape Information" show you various codes and a small image.
If small images is shown correctly then go with Show Existing Scrape information and paste your URL again in Facebook post, if the image is incorrect then press Fetch new scrape information.
